Pumpkin-Brownie
Zutaten
For the chocolate part:
- 125 g + 1 tbsp flour (1 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 45 g unsweetened cocoa (1/2 cup minus 2 tsp)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
- 185g sugar (1 cup minus 1 tbsp)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 70g pumpkin pureé (2.47oz)
- 1/2 cup sunflower seed oil (125ml)
- 1/2 cup non dairy milk (125ml)
For the main pumpkin part:
- 150 g pumpkin purée (5.3oz)
- 3 tbsp plain soy yogurt
- 3 tbsp melted vegan vegan butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
Zubereitung
- Bake at 180C
- Yields one brownie pan anything around 8 x 8 inches (20 x 20 cm)
